Treasury & Global Cash Manager

 

We are looking for someone located in the Evansville, IN or Livonia, MI area.

 

Basic Purpose

This position is accountable for the management and reporting of global cash and debt and assist with risk management and other treasury responsibilities. Primary responsibilities include: global cash and debt management, providing key analysis on cash and liquidity activity to management, cash flow forecasting and maintaining the company’s debt borrowing base and bank compliance. This position will also assist management on special projects.

 

Principal Accountabilities

  • Manage company’s daily cash position through reporting of global cash activity, movement of funds and utilization of debt structure.
  • Provide support and forecasting analysis to foster improvement in the company’s liquidity and working capital position.
  • Conduct foreign currency (fx) transactions and intercompany transfers to maximize efficiency of cash positions.
  • Prepare and initiate treasury related accruals, various accounting journal entries and reconciliations for month-end close.
  • Assist with the management of the company’s letter of credit portfolio.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s debt borrowing base and compile the borrowing base certificate and related support on a monthly basis.
  • Manage the annual asset-based loan field exam conducted by external auditors for the company’s lenders.
  • Responsible for the company’s bank treasury management system’s administration and problem resolution. Provide documentation support to manage, open and close bank accounts.
  • Assist with the management of the company’s equipment and facility lease program.
  • Assist with the management of the company’s global risk and insurance programs.
  • Assist Treasury management with special projects and support other corporate functions as appropriate.

 

Required Skills, Education, and Experience

  • B.S. degree in business administration, finance or related field
  • Three years of finance, treasury or accounting experience
  • Ability to read and understand financial statements
  • Cash management and forecasting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Corporate bank treasury management systems experience preferred
  • High proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills
