Chad Monroe has served as Senior Vice President/Sales & Marketing and Business Development since June 2017 and reports directly to Accuride President & CEO Rick Dauch. Monroe is responsible for all corporate Sales and Marketing activities in the global Truck and Trailer OEM and Aftermarket segments. He will work closely with the Accuride Executive Leadership team to support the continued expansion of Accuride’s Wheels, Gunite and KIC businesses. The Gianetti Ruote sales function reports directly to him.
Prior to this, Monroe served as Vice President/OEM Sales, Marketing and Business Development charged with expanding business with Accuride’s primary OEM customers in North America, Europe and on a global basis. Previously, Monroe led Accuride’s Investor Relations and Business Development functions. Since joining Accuride, he led the Company’s efforts to narrow its strategic focus and divest non-core businesses not aligned with that strategy. He also assisted in the re-listing of Accuride on the New York Stock Exchange in 2010.
He joined Accuride in May 2006 from Ford Motor Company, where he held a range of roles in pricing and financial analysis. He held several manufacturing finance roles and had pricing responsibility for various vehicle platforms.
Monroe earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Finance, and Master of Business Administration in Finance from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
