Position Title Payroll Coordinator (U.S.)
Reports To Manager of General Accounting

Location ACCURIDE CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS, EVANSVILLE, INDIANA
 

 

 



Position Overview:

Work with Sr. Payroll Coordinator in payroll processing, programs, and administrative responsibilites such as tax reporting, garnishments, savings bonds, miscellaneous deductions and 401K submissions. Aid in ensuring that all employees set up in the various company groups in PeopleSoft are paid accurately with regard to company policy and in compliance with applicable wage and tax laws.

Position Requirements:

    Must Possess:
Associates Degree. Three or more years payroll experience in payroll function.

High level of organization and planning skills.

Ability to successfully operate under the time constraints of payroll processing schedule.

Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent computer/PC skills.

Able to work successfully without direct daily supervision.

Ability to Utilize "Continuous Improvement principles" to identify & correct process inefficiencies within the payroll cycle.


     Preferred:
Experience with PeopleSoft.

Experience with Microsoft Excel.
